Behold our Pistachio & Raspberry King's Cake! The "Galette des Rois" as it's also known, is traditionally shared at Epiphany, on the month of January. The puff pastry is filled with an homemade pistachio frangipane, a cream made from sweet almonds, butter, eggs, sugar & pistachio praline filled with fresh raspberries.
