Behold our King's Cake! The "Galette des Rois" as it's also known, is traditionally shared at Epiphany, on the month of January. The cake is made out of a puff pastry and filled with an homemade frangipane, a cream made from sweet almonds, butter, eggs and sugar. It also comes with a "trinket" (la feve in French) that you can hide inside! Whoever finds it first is the king and wears the crown!
